a special holiday home in
Conca dei Marini
Suspended between sea and land, this is the ideal place to recharge your batteries from the hectic life while immersed in romantic settings, among modern comforts, surrounded by the local atmosphere and a leisurely lifestyle we call a slow life.
The villa is on three independent levels with breathtaking views: on the ground floor is the Bougainville apartment (itself on 2 levels), while on the intermediate level is Il Glicine.
At the top we find the Gelsomino mansard.
It is a house filled with peace and serenity. Sunsets are reflected on the sea, surrounded by the silence and the simplicity of the little fishing village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast.
It is an ideal place for a romantic getaway, to regain one’s sense of well-being and be able to listen to oneself properly.

There are many walking paths in the Lattari Mountains, some of them easily reachable from Il Glicine: the Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) and the Sentiero dei Pipistrelli Impazziti (Path of the Crazy Bats).
Seaside resort
Also delightful is the beach of Conca dei Marini, reachable directly from the house via a staircase of 600 steps.
Culture
Whether going to Ravello, for the Festival at Villa Cimbrone and the Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium, or to Amalfi, for the Chiostro del Paradiso (Cloister of Paradise), you will never be disappointed.

Florinda’s apartment is amazingly located with a great supermarket just around the corner and a handful of lovely restaurants. The view is also to die for! Would definately visit again.

Is is a very nice place to stay at Amalfi Coast. The Apartment is perfect. Especially the view over the coast till Capri and Agropoli is amazing. It is quiet and clean. We had an amazing time.

Soggiorno perfetto! Casa in posizione strategica tra Amalfi e Positano ottimamente collegata anche con bus di linea, vista mozzafiato, accoglienza ed assistenza perfetti. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza da sogno!!!

Wow!!! What a beautiful home! And the view? Can’t be beat. Mu hysband and children wanted a home by the ocean for our 10 year anniversary. Florinda’s home was the perfect place, so beautiful in fact, that when we wanted to renew our vows we chose the master bedroom balcony! We thought about Capri and Ravello, but the view of Capri from the terrace at sunset couldn’t be beat. Mrs Silvia and her family Who welcomed us, were lovely. We hope to go back again some day!
